Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of secure and convenient payment options. You can pay with:

How long does shipping take?

Please note that we rely on external shipping providers to deliver your order. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee fixed delivery times. The delivery times indicated on our website are therefore approximate estimates. They may be affected by special circumstances such as public holidays, strikes, unusually high shipping volumes, or similar events. We thank you for your understanding and assure you that we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Our products usually arrive within 3-7 working days of your order.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday & public holidays are not working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can check the delivery status via the link provided.
Please note that it may take 1–2 days for the first tracking updates to appear.

Can I change my order or my delivery address after placing it?

As long as your order has not yet been processed, we can adjust your delivery address again. Please contact our customer support (service@boulderball.it) and state your order number so that we can process your request more quickly. You will then receive feedback from us as to whether it was still possible to adjust your address.

Unfortunately, we cannot add or change the content of your order afterwards. Only a full or partial cancellation is possible, depending on the shipping status. Please also contact our customer support (service@boulderball.it) and state your order number so that we can allocate your request directly.

If your order is already in the packing or shipping process, it can unfortunately neither be cancelled nor can a change of address be made.

I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?

Please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything, there may have been a typo in your email address or a temporary connection issue.
Just contact us – we’ll be happy to help.

How do I return a product?

Please send the unused item to the return address provided in our Refund Policy and include a note with your order number inside the package.

How long can I return my order?

You can return your order within 60 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer prepaid return labels.

Can I return an item that was a gift?

Yes. Gift items can be returned within 60 days, as long as they are unused and in original condition.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Are digital products refundable?

No. Digital products (downloads, app access, digital content) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Why don’t you offer free returns?

As a sustainability-focused brand, we aim to reduce unnecessary transport and emissions and therefore encourage conscious purchasing decisions. 🌱

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

What should I do if the delivery attempt fails?

You can check the tracking information to see if your parcel was left with a neighbour or at a pickup point.
